Eternal Life Ministries is committed to transforming the lives of incarcerated Americans!

ELM was founded in 2023 by minister Charles P. Thompson. After working as a Corrections Officer for the Michigan Department of Corrections, Minister Charles realized that the time that these men serve was not productive. These men spend years of idle time without training, discipline or structure. Most of their time is spent on meaningless activities that will not properly prepare them upon their release from prison.

It is the mission and goal of ELM to change this narrative. We are ministry that is centered on Jesus Christ as our source and resource.

We will work with men getting out of prison to help them find employment and transitional housing. We will also help them to develop vocational skills and trades that will help them find sustainable employment. It is our goal to rehabilitate formerly incarcerated men coming out of prsion that are seriuos about not going back to prison. We will advocate and implement programs that will provide adequate relapse prevention programs create jobs and address prison reform.
